Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Martech Strategist to expand our martech stack practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about pushing the boundaries of marketing and technology with a holistic approach, focusing on marketing automation, personalization, and intelligence using cutting-edge technology and suppliers.


Role Overview


As a key member of the Marketing Services department, this role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing strategies, foster innovation, and deliver business results. The candidate must understand both the practical aspects of marketing and the technological tools that enable it.

Success in this role involves analyzing business needs, collaborating with Omega's business development, operations, and tech teams to design evolving roadmaps that enhance Customer Experience maturity for current and potential clients, with a focus on consultancy and pre-sales approaches.


Responsibilities


1. Design, advise, and engage in pre-sales of marketing and technology solutions to help clients evolve their digital maturity and customer relationships.
2. Develop evolutionary roadmaps to enhance martech capabilities aligned with business improvement goals, integrating client capability development with marketing tool implementation.
3. Collaborate on proposals with potential clients, focusing on technical and business solution design.
4. Act as a business analyst to map KPIs and develop client capabilities through services and martech projects.
5. Participate in projects to define customer experience strategies, emphasizing Marketing Automation and lifecycle relationship improvement.
6. Research and recommend new marketing technology products, including training and adoption support.
7. Ensure integration of marketing technology products with non-marketing systems.
8. Train and support marketing technology tools.
9. Understand marketing technology integrations and building blocks.
10. Serve as super-user and evangelist for the full martech stack, leading initiatives company-wide.
11. Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights.
12. Represent Omega CRM at marketing events, demos, and client sites.
13. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
14. Research market trends to identify impactful opportunities and emerging topics.


Required Skills and Knowledge


1. Minimum 2 years of experience in specifying MarTech/AdTech pre-sales processes.
2. Ability to translate technology into business solutions.
3. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar CRM solutions.
4. Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, especially Salesforce Data Cloud.
5. Deep understanding of Marketing Automation, Personalization, Data-Driven Marketing, MTA, Audiences Management, and Web Analytics.
6. Experience in Campaign, CRM, or Direct Marketing, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment.
7. Background in digital advertising.


Desirable Skills


1. Knowledge of SEO, customer segmentation, paid search, social media, paid media, email marketing, lead generation, and database management.
2. Experience managing multiple implementation streams.
3. Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with SMEs, C-Level executives, PMOs, and stakeholders.
4. Self-motivated, creative, with analytical and organizational skills, adaptable to shifting priorities.
5. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
7. Passionate about technology and innovation.
