You’re the go-to person for all things HR in your region! From onboarding to offboarding, payroll prep to policy guidance — you ensure smooth operations and happy colleagues. Without you, salaries wouldn’t be paid — you’re that essential!
Responsibilities include :
* New hire onboarding – Welcome new colleagues and get them set up for success!
* Employee questions? – Be the first point of contact for contracts, time tracking, and benefits.
* Team conflicts? – Step in as a mediator and help resolve issues with care.
* Offboarding – Handle all P&O tasks when it’s time to say goodbye.
* Hiring support – Occasionally join interviews and share your HR insights.
* Global projects – Help roll out digital tools and compliance initiatives.
* Process alignment – Streamline workflows and support global standards.
Qualifications :
* Experience in HR, ideally in an international setting
* Familiar with HR systems, policies, and processes
* Knowledge of local labor law (bonus if you know more than one!)
* Degree in HR, Business, Labor Law, or similar — or equivalent experience
* Fluent in English and advanced Spanish
* Super organized, independent, and a great communicator
