Data & AI managers will combine team management, technical oversight, and leading commercial proposals.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s / Master’s or MBA degree
* Proficient in English (written and oral)
* Minimum of 6 years working in Data & AI or related business transformation
* Minimum of 6 years in strategy or management consulting
Soft Skills
* Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strategic thinking, proactivity, and curiosity
Strategic Skills
* Ability to understand new digital challenges, industrial & business context, and develop strategic solutions regarding Data & AI, including Generative AI
* Support data scientists in transforming analytical outcomes into business insights
Technical Skills
* Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI
* Programming Skills: Strong in languages such as Python, capable of coding, optimizing, and troubleshooting for data analysis and model development
* AI Model Deployment & MLOps: Experience deploying models into production and integrating them into business processes
* Data Ethics: Understanding of ethical considerations and regulatory compliance in handling sensitive data
