**Description**:
You will be in charge of SEO, SEM and Shopify maintenance and development.
This involves working closely with buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.
**What You'll Do**
- Tracking and analysing customer needs based on customer behaviours including searching, browsing, and purchasing, identifying problems and opportunities.
- Synthesize and analyse relevant content metrics.
- Propose new traffic-driving content strategies.
- Regularly develop, test and analyse new merchandising tactics that sell products across all categories.
- Increase conversion rates, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team.
- Updating Shopify catalogue
- Designing and executing online campaigns which improve customer experience.
- Be the liaison with technical teams in order to support website development, analytics implementations, new feature releases, and everything that technically aims to improve site performance.
- Working independently on key deliverables.
- Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organisation by collaborating with other departments;
- Working with a group of people to achieve a shared goal or outcome in an effective way
**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in eCommerce
- Post grade in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or similar
- University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
- Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience in eCommerce operations and platforms (i.e. Shopify, Amazon, )
- Experience in Performance and Branding campaign planification
- Perfect knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Business, Google ads.
- Fluent both in English and Spanish.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with online merchandising.
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment.
- Experience dealing with creative teams/agencies
- Location and travel requirement: Preferred locations are Ibiza and Dubai.
