The Festival & Consumer Specialist is a national role that focuses on the development, implementation and cultivation of the brand image and the increase of the share of mind in the On Premise environment. It is a strong collaborator, interfacing with all key stakeholders to maximize impact and leverage image building and consumption driving initiatives. It also trains the On Premise team in all new industry marketing tools and concepts, ensuring increased availability, visibility and activation at the POS. It is a key contributor to the annual On Premise Marketing business plan, deriving actionable insights and developing strategies and tactics.

* Strategy and Execution of Consumer Events.
* 2+ years experience in sales and event management
* Experience in On Premise environment
* Event Management Skills
* Capable of building solid strategic relationships with clients and managing stakeholders
* Strong planning, prioritization and organizational ability
* Ability to think and act as an entrepreneur
* Oriented to action
* Travel 70-80%
