At **La Maja**, we are passionate about offering an authentic Mediterranean dining experience, with a special focus on fresh seafood. Located in the beautiful coastal town of Altea, our restaurant combines rich local flavors with modern culinary techniques to create a memorable experience for each guest. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team and help elevate La Maja to new heights.**Job Overview**:As the Restaurant Manager at La Maja, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that both our guests and staff have an exceptional experience. You will manage the front-of-house team, maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service, and drive the overall success of the restaurant. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we deliver an unforgettable Mediterranean seafood experience to every guest.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive, efficient, and guest-focused team environment.- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, ordering, and budgeting.- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation, in alignment with our Mediterranean seafood concept.- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.- Create, manage, and optimize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.- Monitor and maintain restaurant revenue, expenses, and profits, working closely with ownership and the kitchen team.- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, goals, and improvements.- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar leadership role, ideally within the Mediterranean or seafood restaurant industry.- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and an eye for detail.- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and seafood dishes is highly desirable.- Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS systems, scheduling tools, etc.).- Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Fluent in Spanish and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).- High school diploma required; a degree in HospitalityManagement or a related field is a plus.Reclocation expenses will be not be offered for this position.Please send your resume along with your salary expectations.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completaSueldo: 1.500,00€-2.500,00€ al mesHorario:- De lunes a viernes- Disponibilidad fin de semanaRetribución complementaria:- Bonus anualUbicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
