In this role you drive strategic MRO procurement for the EMEA region within a global context, shaping supplier relationships and sourcing strategies. You will lead cross-regional projects, conduct RFPs, and monitor supplier performance to deliver cost reductions and value.
You collaborate with functional teams and regional buyers to align with Operations and Engineering roadmaps, contributing to global sourcing strategy. This is an opportunity to influence procurement practices at a multinational, innovation-driven company.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop and implement global/regional MRO sourcing strategies and annual category plans
- Oversee RFPs, supplier selection, contract establishment, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with regional and functional teams to execute bid projects aligned with operations roadmaps
- Drive cost reductions and value through category knowledge and industry trend analysis
- Manage supplier relationships and performance with a global perspective
- Utilize spend management tools to issue RFIs, RFPs, and reverse auctions
- Ensure ethical, professional purchasing aligned with corporate policies
- Support cross-regional collaboration between EMEA, Americas, and APAC where applicable
Responsabilidades
- 5+ years in manufacturing-related services strategic sourcing and management
- 2+ years in regional or global project management with proven results
- Proficiency in contracts, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
