They work with leading companies in the automotive, travel, construction, and telecom sectors, as well as with internal divisions of the broader organization. Operating under the Building and Energy Technologies business area, their origins lie in managing services for a former security systems division, such as product maintenance and emergency call center operations.
Main responsibilities:
* Leading the testing and verification of communication systems to ensure continuity, stability, security, and compliance with internal IT regulations.
* Implementing communication solutions that enhance daily workflows for employees across the organization.
* Contributing to projects involving email systems, email backup solutions, and resource booking platforms (e-room management).
* Designing and executing internal proof-of-concept tests for emerging messaging and meeting room technologies.
* Collaborating with external vendors to develop and integrate innovative communication solutions.
* Ensuring system security through server migrations and segmentation of network zones.
Core skills/experience:
* University degree in engineering, computer science, communication technology, or a related field.
* Strong experience with email services based on Microsoft Exchange and/or Microsoft 365.
* Experience with cloud email solutions.
* Strong technical expertise in Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, PowerShell, network architecture, communication protocols, and SQL databases.
* Experience in Windows Server administration and familiarity with internal IT processes and best practices.
* Solid understanding of cloud and hybrid system concepts.
* Demonstrated experience in scripting and programming for automation of administrative tasks.
* Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* High level of commitment and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
