What you will do
Credit & Collection:
1. You will be part of KAM team’s daily counterpart in credit control and collection
2. You will be the main responsible for Account Receivables (e.g. reconciliation, auditor’srequest, overview and follow up of A/R ageing analysis, adhoc investigations, etc..)
3. You will follow up Direct Debit and prepare files and send to the customer to collect invoices
4. You will ensure that group policies and guidelines regarding credit control and collections are applied
5. You will participate in improvement projects for local companies or customers
You will analyse customer’s Statutory Accounts and evaluate customer risks
Treasury:
6. You will support for Cash Management Optimization and participate to local projects related to cash management
7. You will be involved in financing questions for local companies or customers
8. You will be Global Treasury operational counterpart for financing and forex handling and insurance
9. You will manage cash pools and internal bank systems, and control bank guarantees
10. You will support cash flow forecasts
We believe you have
11. To be a successful candidate you should have a University Degree in Business Administrator or equivalent.
12. You are fluent both in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Portuguese language knowledge is an advantage.
13. You already gained experience in administration: ideally you worked at least one year in a support function.
14. Experience in sales, key account management is valued.
15. To be successful in the role you should have SAP knowledge.
16. To be a successful candidate you are a team player, you have good communication and collaboration skills.
17. You are also pro-active in your work and have an open-minded personality.
