The Role
This is not a generic social media management position. You will be the public voice of our brands in real-time trading conversations.
Your job is to build trust and credibility in the trading community first, drive qualified traffic second, and generate partnership leads third.
What You Will Own X/Twitter
Manage English and Spanish accounts. Produce 3-5 posts daily including market commentary, tool highlights, educational threads, and industry news. Engage with 20-30 relevant accounts daily. Build relationships with trading influencers and prop firm communities.
Reddit
Build genuine credibility on r/Forex, r/Daytrading, r/PropTradingFirms, and r/CryptoCurrency. Comment helpfully on 10-15 posts daily. Create 1 high-value original post per week. Earn karma before brand mentions. This is a long game, Reddit bans promotional accounts instantly.
YouTube Community Tab
Engage our 4K subscriber base between video uploads with polls, tips, and behind-the-scenes content.
What This Role Is Not
* Not a LinkedIn sales role
* Not a graphic designer or video editor
* Not a \"post and forget\" role — community engagement is the core
Compensation
Structure: Monthly retainer + performance bonuses
Bonuses based on:
* Traffic milestones (social referral traffic targets)
* Qualified partnership leads sourced from social
* Engagement quality (X engagement rate + Reddit karma growth)
Contract: Freelance basis, 30-35 hours/week, 3-month trial period
We provide: Scheduling tools, analytics access, Canva Pro, CRM access, communication tools
What We're Looking For Required
* Fluent/Native English + fluent/native Spanish — you'll manage both languages daily
* You understand retail trading — pips, prop firm challenges, broker spreads. If we need to teach you the basics, this isn't the right role.
* Active personal presence on X/Twitter — ideally 500+ followers in finance/trading space
* Reddit experience — you understand karma mechanics and subreddit culture
* 2+ years managing social media for fintech, trading, or financial services — show us engagement metrics, not just post volume
Highly Valued
* Personal trading experience (forex, crypto, or prop firms)
* Existing network in trading communities
* Experience with comparison or affiliate platforms
* Discord community management experience
