we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to shape the future of our company's growth.This role is a full-time remote position.Location: Canada, Europe, South Africa, United States.Working hours: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, US.Salary: flexible.Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Develop and implement Amazon PPC strategies to achieve sales and ROI goals.Manage and optimize large advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency and proper spending allocation.Scale and manage a significant number of campaigns, covering multiple product lines.Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.Continuously build and scale new campaigns with converting keywords.Monitor and analyze campaign data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Stay updated on industry trends and Amazon advertising best practices.Build and test new ad types.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.Provide regular reports and performance updates to executive leadership.Manage a team of PPC specialists.Assist in developing and maintaining a budget that promotes healthy profit margins.Maintain goal ACOS, TACOS, Total Sales, PPC Sales, ROAS & Organic Sales.Research and conduct deep dives into underperforming areas to scale and maintain outlier product lines.Develop and maintain advertising reporting.RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proven experience of 5+ years successfully managing Amazon PPC campaigns and paid advertising.Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.Expertise in Amazon Seller Central.Proficient in data analysis.Prior experience managing large budgets ($1m/month+).Prior experience managing large catalogs (2k SKUs+).Strong understanding of KPIs and online marketing.Must be available to work full-time (9 am – 5 pm EST – or similar).- Availability to meet the team when needed.Nice to have:Amazon Advertising Certifications.Prior experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns or advertising on other platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest.Prior experience managing multiple brands and marketplaces.BenefitsPaid Holidays (will vary depending on country of residence)Paid Time OffLocation independent/fully remote role
