In this Line Manager role, you lead a remote, skilled support team serving Spain, Portugal, and the EMEA-LATAM region, driving proactive, data-driven service improvements. You partner with sales, marketing, and service to align technical offerings with business goals while fostering a culture of high performance and digital transformation. You mentor staff to grow professionally and ensure exceptional customer and patient outcomes. This position combines leadership with hands-on optimization of processes, tools, and knowledge sharing to deliver superior service.

Responsabilidades
• Proven leadership and people-development experience, preferably in remote support
• Strategic thinking with an ability to assess financial implications and service value
• Change management expertise with experience handling complex transitions
• Digital fluency including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics, and AI adoption
• Strong communication skills in English plus either Spanish or Portuguese
• University degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, MENA, and LATAM
