Hello!At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Development Manager for the Spanish Market to help break through one of our newest channels. What will you be doing?The RoleThe Partner Development Manager (PDM) will be the growth engine for Factorial's new distribution channel. Your primary mission will be to establish, activate, and manage strategic relationships with insurance mediators, turning them into key partners for Factorial. As PDM, your responsibilities will focus on the complete channel development lifecycle, including but not limited to:- Strategic Partner Sourcing: research and prospect insurance brokers that align strategically with us in the HR and Employee Benefits spaces.- Negotiation and Closing: lead the negotiation process for collaboration agreements and execute the full sales cycle with potential partners to join our Partners Program.- Relationship Management and Development: be our Partners’ Point of Contact. Coordinate and execute initiatives to set your partners up for success together with Factorial.- Sales & Marketing Support: act as a liaison between Factorial's internal sales team and your partners, working hand-in-hand on high-potential opportunities and launching industry-disrupting campaigns.- Cross-functional collaboration: gather feedback from our partners and their clients regularly and turn that into improvements. Collaborate with several of our internal teams and help us close the feedback loop to successfully build a distribution channel from scratch.Your Profile- You are a hustler - have a hunter mentality, stay hungry, and be resilient.- Have 2-4 years experience in B2B Sales at Insurance, Brokerage, or Insurtech companies or any industry that relies heavily on intermediaries.- You are a good communicator and you quickly empathize with people.- You are heavily results-oriented: proactive, analytical mindset, and driven towards achieving growth and revenue objectives.- Native level of Spanish and fluent in English.Bonus Points- You have taken part in building a Business Unit/Team from scratch.- Deep knowledge of the insurance broker ecosystem in Spain (or other relevant market) - its operations, and its challenges and growth opportunities.- You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll and Flexible Remuneration (Retribución Flexible) and its tax implications for companies and employees.- Experience with partnership or channel sales with a demonstrated history of closing partnership agreements.- Experience dealing with SMBs.About usFactorial is Europe’s leading AI-first, all-in-one Business Management Software.
