As Growth & Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of funnel marketing, ads, content operations, and KPIs for the Spanish market. This is a high-autonomy, high-leverage role for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution skills.Responsibilities :
Localize and launch funnels (opt-ins, VSLs, checkouts, onboarding)Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google)Track KPIs:
CAC, CPL, LTV, ROAS, churnCoordinate delivery and sales teamsOwn operations:
content, emails, webinars, reportsImplement fast A/B tests to drive growthCollaborate directly with the CEO on strategyRequirements :
Native Spanish or C2-level speakerExperience in funnels, paid ads, info-product launchesKnowledge of direct response marketing (e.G., Gamboa, Javi Pastor, etc.)Strong organizational and analytical mindsetAutonomy and problem-solving skillsEnglish fluency (C2+), Italian is a plusBonus Points :

Base :
1,000 / month minimum guaranteedVariable :
