At Astek, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join a high-impact international initiative with one of our key partners in the pharmaceutical industry.

You will be part of a global program with teams distributed across Europe, the US, and China, collaborating with multiple IT and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment (Pharma R& D).
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and financial activities across multiple R& D IT systems
Support the execution of system changes aligned with program objectives
Act as a primary point of contact for global stakeholders (EU/US/Asia)
Ensure alignment and communication across distributed teams
Prepare program-level reports (status, risks, dependencies, progress)
Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive resolution
Contribute to governance activities and continuous improvement within the program
Who You Are
5+ years of experience managing IT projects in international or multicultural environments
Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotech, or regulated environments (highly valued)
Project Management certifications (PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner)
Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Delivery practices
Hands-on experience with tools such as Service Now (SNOW), HPSM, Jira
Exposure to Release / Change Management processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
English C1/C2 (global environment)
Availability to travel if required
