Buscamos personas que sean capaces de encontrar oportunidades y proactivamente fomentar su propio desarrollo.Learn more at https://www.jnj.comJob Details Job Function : Medical Affairs GroupJob Sub Function : Medical Science LiaisonJob Category : Scientific/TechnologyLocation : Valencia, SpainResponsibilities To keep abreast of medical and scientific knowledge.Continuous update on products, patient treatment trends, clinical activities and studies conducted within the therapeutic area in their region.Development and maintenance of a contact network with Leading Specialists.Understand their needs, key value drivers, practical treatment patterns and scientific activities within therapeutic area.Communicate value of company products, including clinical questionnaire discussions.Through scientific interactions, communicate medical benefits of products and contribute to foster innovative approaches.Represent the company within professional associations in the therapeutic area in cooperation with Medical Affairs/Medical Education and other positions in the Medical Affairs Department.Proactive and reactive communication of medical scientific data according to defined criteria.Proactive Scientific Communication to Leading Specialists must be consistent with the last approved Summary of Product Characteristics.In specific circumstances, interact proactively with non-Leading Specialists as defined in the MSL Country Activity Plan.Describe R&D programs and discuss regulatory developments with no promotional intent as part of Scientific Communication.Reactive communication of medical scientific data upon HCP request, within approved label or off-label; document all off-label information requests.Organization and participation in Medical Education activities at local and regional levels: identify/support/educate speakers; build Medical Education programs; collaborate with Medical Education manager on national activities; provide scientific material; organize advisory boards in cooperation with Medical Affairs/Medical Education; market access discussions.MSLs can present highly scientific, accurate, fair and objective data to Payors (Hospital Formulary Committees, Health Insurers, HTA Committees).Pre-Approval Activities: engage with Payors to raise awareness for planning and budgeting to ensure patient access when the product is available.Provision of scientific support to Sales Representatives and other company representatives: provide medical and product training and scientific support in coordination with Training/Medical Affairs; act as a reference point for scientific queries.Local implementation of Medical Affairs Plan in their areas: support local studies, identify investigators and sites, participate in investigator meetings, review proposals for IIS, gain insights into treatment patterns, and provide input to Medical Affairs planning and decision making.Ensure regulatory requirements and SAFE Fleet program adherence; cooperate with GCO studies; report adverse reactions within 24 hours to Pharmacovigilance.For all employees involved in Research Related Activities (RRA): ensure safety reporting, understand fair market value and transfer of value rules, and ensure inspection readiness with respect to training and job descriptions.Qualifications Scientific degree: Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Natural Science university degree, or related qualification (e.g., psychology).Deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, strength in research and interpretation of medical data.Ability to engage Leading Specialists in peer-to-peer relationships with relevant experience and scientific acumen.Highly customer focused with awareness of business results; innovative with the ability to coordinate and drive a changing environment.Adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values and International Health Care Business Integrity guidelines.Special Requirements Deep scientific knowledge in the therapeutic area.Required Skills Preferred Skills: Analytical Reasoning, Analytics Insights, Clinical Data Management, Clinical Trials, Collaboration, Communication, Data Reporting, Detail-Oriented, Digital Culture, Digital Literacy, Execution Focus, Market Research, Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Medical Compliance, Product Knowledge, Relationship Building, Scientific Research, Technologically Savvy.
