* Manage and inspire offshore development teams, ensuring top performance, security standards and delivery excellence.
* Identify and implement innovative technologies (AI, cloud, modern UX/UI) to transform HS&E processes.
* Optimize, customise and integrate enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, reliability and performance.
* Drive data‑driven decision making by analysing business needs and prioritising high‑impact initiatives.
* Ensure compliance (GDPR, H&S; policies) while managing change requests and continuous improvement pipelines.
