**LOCATION**:Madrid, Spain
**ROLE OBJECTIVES**
Coordinate and support Internal Comms and core Talent related processes such as Talent Review, Succession & Career planning, Leadership development, Performance management and Retention for its assigned functions.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Develop individuals and teams through facilitation of various leadership workshops and cultural programmes.
- Lead and Develop the Internal Comms and Engagement Plan
- Coach and educate Line managers and employees while providing right level of HR guidance and expertise.
- Support line managers with external recruitment.
- Supports management in identifying productivity and efficiency opportunities.
- Develops strategies to ensure no disruption to business or loss of key talent.
- Manage, monitor, and improve HR Administration processes, in close cooperation with the Regional HR Shared Services team. Initiate HR policy review and policy changes in line with business agenda & labour law developments.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR position.
- Previous experience in an international setting, ideally in a matrix organisation.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office) with special focus on Power point and/other design tools.
**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with hands-on mentality ability to focus on priorities in a dynamic surrounding, can do attitude.
- Able to cope effectively under pressure.
- Ability to establish trustful internal and external relationships.
- Proactive and enthusiastic.
- Some knowledge of SAP Success factors would be a plus.
**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- University Degree or similar in Business administration/HR Management or equivalent.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
- Portuguese would be a plus.
