We are seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and experience in complex sales cycles to join us as an Account Director for Service Providers. This role involves developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing existing client relationships, and acquiring new business.
The ideal candidate will have a "hunting" persona for new logos and expansions, leveraging their background in service assurance, network testing, and telecom technologies to establish credibility and become a trusted advisor within customer organizations.
Responsibilities include building relationships with technical buyers and decision-makers, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams (Product Development, Professional/Technology Services), and driving business in competitive situations while focusing on sales goals.

Profile:
* Strong sales skills with a drive for results and targets
* Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or OSS solutions
* Proven ability to close deals above €1m
* Ability to develop strategies focusing on territory and key accounts
* Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management
* Excellent communication and influence skills across all organizational levels
* Understanding of technical sales impact on business cases
* Team-selling experience with internal coordination
Technical Knowledge:
* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, OSS solutions
* Understanding of CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations
Personal Skills:
* Strategic thinking, process setup, and planning
* Strong analytical, business acumen, and vision
* Charisma and ability to inspire
* Assertiveness in defending company standards
* Prioritization, adaptability, and organizational skills
Experience:
* 7+ years in managing customer/vendor relationships, including senior executives
* Proven sales record in Service Assurance, Network Testing, or OSS solutions
* Strong software sales acumen
* Track record of closing deals and meeting quotas
* Existing relationships with CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange)
* Willingness to travel up to 50%
