Position Summary:
The Senior Key Account Sales will oversee the daily operations of the retail stores, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability. This role requires a dynamic and organized leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to manage different stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop, monitor, and manage a portfolio of client accounts, in accordance with the strategy of SHEGLAM and the retailer.
2. Create an annual business plan / trade marketing plan considering growth levers to achieve brand results (sell-out, market share, ranking) and profitability within the account.
3. Lead or participate in negotiations with clients on key launches, space, location, and stock. Establish and develop partnerships and strong relationships with trade marketing.
4. Collaborate with central Trade Marketing and Retail Education to implement plans including trade marketing, animation, merchandising, and training. Follow up on return-on-investment of actions and animations. Support account development, including e-retail.
5. Drive account performance (P&L). Manage stock agreements with trade partners. Monitor contracts and invoices related to the brand. Prepare and conduct brand strategy meetings with trade marketing.
6. Coordinate and coach all account stakeholders. Engage with retail teams to deliver trade plans. Collaborate with other internal departments (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal). Work closely with other account managers and retail teams. Represent the retailer/client internally.
Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative idea generation capability.
* Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
* Motivated, independent, and team-oriented.
* At least 3-5 years of retail and account management experience in the beauty industry within the designated market.
* Solid network and client relationships.
* Fluent in the local language and English.
