Job Title: Restaurant Management couple – General Manager and Head Chef
Location: Valencia, Spain
Salary: € negotiable + accommodation
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced management duo to lead a prominent beachfront dining and bar venue in the Costa Blanca region. The venue spans multiple levels.
We are seeking a proactive and energetic management team with extensive experience in fast-paced restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences and driving business growth.
General Manager – Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume restaurant
* Hands-on approach, acting as the public face of the business with enthusiasm for operational excellence
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, maintaining profitability, and developing supplier relationships
* Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor a cohesive team
Executive Chef – Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Background in high-quality dining environments, including pubs or restaurants renowned for cuisine excellence
* Expertise in Mediterranean-style cooking
* Creative approach to menu development and a passion for premium ingredients
* Strong kitchen leadership, including adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Additional Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Legal eligibility to live and work in Spain
* Accommodation will be provided; at least one member of the team must hold a valid driver’s license
