This role is crucial to help us optimize our sales productivity and drive performance across the commercial organization.

Base pay range

At Factorial, we are looking for a Sales Ops Lead (people manager) to support scaling our direct sales motion.

The Role

- Develop and implement efficient SDR & sales processes that drive productivity and improve performance.
- Oversee all sales systems, ensure their adoption/positive ROI and constantly look out for new technology that can make us more productive as an organization.
- Manage and develop a team of Sales Ops Generalists and ensure that they are focused on what matters most while being engaged, challenged, and satisfied with their work experience.
- Constant communication with SDR and Sales teams to understand their biggest needs and build OKRs around their resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.

Your Profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of people management experience.
- You are highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- You have experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- You are an excellent communicator who can work effectively with various stakeholders and easily explain the impact of your work.
- You are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
