Are you an organized, dynamic, and creative professional? Do have a passion for technology and Events Management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our client is a well-established worldwide manufacturing leader within the consumer electronic sector. As an Events Coordinator, you will be based in Ripollet (Barcelona), and you will join an enthusiastic and international Channel Marketing Team. This is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave where you will be responsible for organizing events and tradeshows across EMEA, that enhance the brand-to-customers experience while generating new business opportunities.

Tasks
- Own the planning and execution of events, including tradeshows, industry events and webinars aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams ensuring that needs are met and goals achieved via events
- Act as the main point of contact both internally and to partners for agreed projects
- Manage event planning and operations from pre to post, including vendor sourcing, contracting, invoicing, logistics, supervision of building, sponsor integration, and onsite management
- Work with event organizers and partners to identify and create additional event opportunities
- Organize and lead internal event preparation meetings, as well as document and communicate event details with participants
- Collect, digest, and share event feedback and implement key learnings for future programs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience producing full-scale international trade shows, including expo booths and special event production within the B2B environment
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with design software (such as Photoshop or InDesign)
- Self-motivated and energetic professional, with excellent strategic planning skills
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, with high attention to detail, and capable of prioritizing tasks
- Capable of working autonomously, with little supervision, achieving the company's goals
- Experience in travelling abroad, and comfortable interacting with other cultures
