Tasks And Responsibilities
* Leads the end-to-end delivery of complex projects (and programs) across functions and regions.
* Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
* Develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
* Coordinates resources, stakeholders, and dependencies across involved teams.
* Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks, issues, and changes.
* Ensures adherence to governance, project management standards, and reporting requirements.
* Drives alignment with business objectives and ensures realization of expected outcomes.
* Monitors project (and program) progress, performance, and budget utilization.
* Provides regular and transparent communication to stakeholders and leadership.
* Facilitates decision-making and resolves escalations within the project.
* Ensures high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing complex projects (and programs) in a cross-functional environment.
* Strong project management expertise and certification (e.g., IPMA C/B, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile frameworks).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in budget tracking and resource coordination.
