Skillful Bid Manager for Renewable Energy Projects
We are seeking an Associate-level Commercial Bid and Sales Manager to join our team at Elecnor Group. This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the department head.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage commercial bids for sustainable energy systems projects, with a strong focus on renewable energy sources.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
* Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate bid submissions and timely project delivery.
* Manage and optimize sales processes to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial bid management, sales, or a related field.
* Proven track record of successful bid management and sales performance.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
