MISSION OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demo Lead Consultant to drive the pre‐sales and enablement efforts for Konecta's Employee Experience (EX) solutions. This critical role bridges the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, defining compelling use cases and creating end‐to‐end demonstration environments that showcase the value of our integrated technology stack.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define clear and impactful EX use cases that align with market needs and Konecta's solution offerings.

Write detailed, engaging demo scripts and storyboards for various target audiences.

Architect and implement a robust, integrated demo environment encompassing all required technologies (CCaaS, GenAI, ITSM, DEX, Endpoint Management...).

Maximize resource efficiency by identifying and reusing existing demo assets and environments.

Lead the build‐out of any missing components or integrations required to complete the use cases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Expertise

Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product teams, and Sales to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy.

Maintain the demo environments, ensuring they are always current, stable, and reflective of the latest product features.

Delivery & Enablement

Execute high-impact, live demonstrations for prospects, clients, and internal teams.

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for delivery center teams and sales engineers globally, ensuring they can effectively run and articulate the EX demos.

Record and produce high-quality demo videos for internal enablement and external use.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Proven experience (+5 years) in a Pre‐sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Marketing role, with a focus on creating and delivering product demonstrations, ideally in a digital workplace environment.

Demo Excellence: Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Training & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to train technical and non-technical staff in diverse, global settings.

Fluent English is required.

Technical Acumen (Hands‐on experience required in at least two of the following):

Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS): Understanding of agent desktop, routing, and omnichannel interactions.

Generative AI (GenAI): Experience integrating and demonstrating AI solutions (e.g., Virtual Agents, knowledge retrieval, content generation) within an EX context.

IT Service Management (ITSM): Knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix) and employee-facing service portals.

Endpoint Management: Familiarity with tools and concepts related to device health, remote troubleshooting, and proactive support.

Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Tooling: Experience with platforms used to measure and manage end‐user sentiment and digital workspace performance.
