GTM & Business Development (m/f/x) at flyboard


Who We Are

Flyboard makes Voice AI work. We build real-time voice AI that actually perform well in production. Our platform removes the friction companies face when trying to deploy voice agents - by combining a purpose-built tech stack with hands-on implementation. We integrate deeply and deliver in days rather than months, building each agent from the ground up. Armed with previous experience in scaling sales and tech orgs, we're already supporting mid-market and enterprise customers across Europe. Based in Barcelona but operating across Europe we deliver solutions tailored to local languages, market needs and regulatory realities.

Your Mission

We are hiring a GTM & Business Development Associate to help drive our commercial expansion, with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets.

This role goes well beyond a traditional SDR position. While outbound outreach is part of the job, the focus is broader: identifying and opening strategic accounts, exploring new market opportunities, supporting partnerships, attending industry events, or testing completely new acquisition channels.The idea is for you to employ and acquire a well-rounded GTM profile.

You will:

* Executing outbound outreach to target accounts (email, LinkedIn, calls)
* Identifying and prioritizing high-value accounts in Spain and other Spanish-speaking markets
* Developing structured approaches to enter specific companies or verticals
* Supporting partnership discussions and channel development
* Attending conferences and industry events to generate leads and market insight
* Testing and evaluating new GTM channels and sales approaches
* Conducting market research to assess expansion opportunities in new regions
* Supporting early-stage deal conversations and qualification
* Building and maintaining CRM processes and reporting

Ideal Profile

You'll thrive in this role if you:

* Have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
* Have experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with 1-5 years of full-time experience in business development, sales, growth, consulting, or a startup environment
* Are comfortable with outbound sales and proactive account engagement
* Are a self-starter with a hands-on approach, a quick learner, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Are curious and want to learn about all the aspects of an early stage startup
* Take ownership of projects and follow through on execution
* Want to build in AI
* Are fluent in Spanish and business proficient in English
