Seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial roles to join a growing organization.
Our client is a company undergoing expansion and is looking to strengthen its leadership team with a solid financial professional who combines strategic vision with strong analytical and operational capabilities.
Role Mission
To lead the financial function of the organization, ensuring financial stability, efficient resource management, and providing strategic support to executive leadership in key decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
* Manage cash flow and optimize the company's funding structure
* Analyze profitability across business units, operations, and investments
* Lead relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders
* Ensure full compliance with tax, accounting, and legal regulations
* Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting systems
* Build, lead, and develop the finance team
* Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
Candidate Profile
Education
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
* MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance is a plus
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years in senior finance leadership roles
* Proven track record in dynamic and growing business environments
* Experience managing and developing teams
