We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Test Manager with strong Finance domain expertise to lead testing activities for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations. The role will be client-facing and requires close collaboration with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery across complex finance transformations.
Fluent Spanish and English communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for Oracle Cloud Financials (O2C, P2P, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Define and execute test plans, test strategies, and test governance aligned with project milestones.
- Lead all test phases including SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and data validation testing.
- Coordinate and manage onshore and offshore testing teams, including functional and automation testers.
- Act as the primary test liaison between business stakeholders, finance users, system integrators, and technical teams.
- Ensure defect management, triage, prioritisation, and resolution tracking using industry-standard tools.
- Validate financial controls, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance (e.g. SOX where applicable).
- Support UAT preparation and execution, including business readiness and sign-off.
- Provide regular status reporting, risk management, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and delivery approach.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on Oracle Cloud Financials programmes.
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Cash Management, etc.).
- Hands-on experience delivering testing for Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end financial systems integration and data migration testing.
- Experience managing large, complex finance transformation projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Experience working with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tools (e.g. ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Desirable Skills
- Experience in Spanish or European finance environments.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks for Oracle Cloud.
