What You’ll Do
* Building and nurturing strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that drive cost savings and efficiency.
* Generating new business by promoting our innovative product lines to new and existing clients.
* Solving problems on the spot and acting as a trusted advisor.
* Monitoring market trends and staying ahead of the competition.
* Managing accounts receivable and inventory to support business operations.
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support.
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry.
* Proven ability to generate leads and build lasting relationships.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Manufacturing experience and knowledge of UFP’s products is a plus.
