Your Tasks
* Supporting in controlling and administration/finance tasks (purchase orders, invoicing, reporting) within Service SAAPAC unit.
* Launch purchases requested by the operational part of the SAAPAC Service.
* Support local organizations in the purchase request.
* Control and execute invoicing.
* Control orders and payments from subcontractors.
* Support the financial area in the cost calculation of the SAAPAC Service.
Your Profile
* Certificate of Higher Education – Business administration or economy.
* To be eligible for the internship, you must not have completed your bachelor's or master's degree more than 3 years ago.
* MS Office, Excel, SAP, Power Bi.
* High level of written and spoken English (C1).
* Flexible and able to adapt the daily activities to the needs of the company.
* Pro-active person, organized, high sense of teamwork and self-sufficient.
