You will be tasked with driving the B2C and B2B digital & media strategy for one of our key EMEA markets in close alignment with regional priorities and cross
market learnings. Your role will be to ensure that our job vacancies get visibility with qualified candidates at the right cost, and that potential clients consider us for their recruitment needs. In your day
to
day, you will be the go
to digital marketing subject matter expert for your local and regional marketing stakeholders on all matters regarding digital marketing strategy & deployment, media investments, and other digital marketing projects.
You will:
Business Partnering
Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital
and media
related inquiries, ensuring swift and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
Act as a strategic liaison between internal teams and external vendors, translating business needs into actionable solutions and optimizing the media program for maximum impact.
Reporting
Collaborate with our analytics team to deliver precise and actionable performance insights, identify optimization opportunities, and improve full
funnel performance.
Produce and present regular performance reports and analyses, providing strategic recommendations to achieve candidate sourcing and client lead targets.
Maintain up
to
date and accurate internal reporting systems to support decision
making and transparency.
Digital & Media Management
Lead the development and continuous improvement of the market
specific digital and media strategy, aligning with broader regional and global business objectives.
Manage and optimize a portfolio of digital partners
to reach and capture quality candidates.
Partner with our Paid Media expert to broaden audience reach through digital media campaigns.
Work closely with our website team to optimize owned media channels (website, SEO, CRO) and enhance visibility and performance.
The successful candidate is a proactive digital marketer with passion for technology and new media, ready to advance their career in an international environment. The desired profile includes:
3 to 5 years of relevant online marketing experience with a focus on areas such as performance marketing, affiliate marketing or paid media.
Strong business communication skills in French (C2 business proficiency), with fluency in both written and spoken forms. Fluent in English needed too.
Stakeholder management skills, ideally in an international organization.
External partner management experience.
Strong analytical skills, data
driven mindset.
Focused and organized with attention to details, budget management experience.
Experience with reporting and project management tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel and Asana (or similar) .
Degree in a marketing
related field.
