Responsibilities
- Program & Activities: Organize, lead, and participate in creative, fun, and inspiring programs and activities specifically designed for teenagers, ensuring they are engaging and stimulating.
- Teen Supervision & Safety: Supervise and ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of all teenagers participating in the program, creating a secure and positive environment.
- Guest Experience: Interact warmly and professionally with teens, building positive relationships to ensure they have a memorable and a 5-star experience that creates long-lasting happy memories.
- Parent Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families, providing clear communication about the teen program and their child's experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of an international team, communicate clearly, support colleagues, and occasionally assist in the Kids Club or Crèche as needed. Ensure the smooth running of the teen zone.
- Standards & Compliance: Uphold all company brand standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure the Teen Zone area is maintained to a high standard of presentation, safety, and organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience working with teenagers in a recreational, educational, or hospitality setting.
- A qualification in childcare, youth work, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French).
- Genuine passion for working with teens, with an energetic, enthusiastic, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in engaging with both teenagers and parents.
- Creative, proactive, sporty, and team-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- As part of our commitment to safeguarding children, all staff working in the Kids Club are expected to follow our safeguarding policies and procedures. All roles are subject to Criminal Records checks.
