We are looking to expand our kitchen staff at our San Roque location due to increased demand and event catering.As a cook / assistant, you will work under the supervision of the Head of Kitchen, applying your culinary skills in food preparation and production, while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. You will also help maintain a pleasant and productive work environment.Main Responsibilities:
Prepare menus and dishes according to the instructions of the Head of Kitchen.Organize tools, utensils, and materials efficiently.Manage refrigeration units and storage areas.Clean all used utensils and equipment after use.Prepare raw ingredients such as vegetables, eggs, etc.Assist in making stocks, salads, sauces, and inventory management.Keep the workstation clean and organized, and contribute to the overall kitchen maintenance.We Offer:

Preferably formal training in Hospitality:
