From Winning Consulting we are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our delivery teams on a high-impact transformation programme for a leading international Insurance company.

Responsibilities
* Lead workstreams within a transformation programme, managing scope, timeline, dependencies, risks and actions through to delivery.
* Act as the link between business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams and external partners to elicit, analyse, validate and communicate requirements.
* Facilitate workshops and interviews, capturing outcomes and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
* Document end-to-end processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), process flows and key business rules; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
* Translate needs into clear delivery artefacts and support solution design with the wider implications in mind.
* Drive delivery governance: status reporting, RAID, decision logs, steering materials and change requests when scope or solution impacts are identified.
* Support testing and implementation activities, ensuring the delivered solution meets the business need.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams in a distributed setup to ensure quality outcomes and adoption.
Requirements
* +5-8 years proven experience combining Project Management and Business Analysis in transformation initiatives (insurance sector experience preferred).
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with ambiguity, structure complex topics and drive decisions.
* Solid experience in requirements elicitation and documentation, process modelling and workshop facilitation.
* Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models; comfortable with governance, reporting and delivery tracking.
* Strong written communication skills (clear, concise documentation and executive-ready updates).
* Tools: strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel); Jira/Confluence, MS Project or equivalent are a plus.
* Languages: Spanish and English (fluent) a third European language is highly valued.
