Experteer Overview As a Solution/Product Owner in Welocalize’s Life Sciences domain, you steer product vision and technology strategy to support language services for pharma, biotech, and CRO clients. You connect client needs with market trends to drive strategic initiatives and differentiated offerings. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable impact. This role blends customer insight, market intelligence, and execution to advance a high-visibility transformation agenda.Compensaciones / Incentivos- Represent client and stakeholder needs across technology initiatives- Conduct market intelligence to identify customer challenges, regulatory trends, and competitive moves- Develop and own a 1-2 year technology strategy roadmap aligned to business goals- Collaborate with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and decompose strategies into delivery plans- Engage with top clients and prospects to uncover evolving needs and opportunities- Define differentiation and positioning for the life sciences value proposition- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance for successful implementation- Define KPIs and monitor adoption, usage, and business impactResponsabilidades- 5–10+ years in product management, solution ownership, or strategic roles in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, or CRO)- Experience translating business vision into technical execution and roadmaps- Knowledge of CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and/or eCOA systems- Strong awareness of life sciences content services and localization tech landscape- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed teams and presenting to executives- Familiarity with localization technologies (TMS, CAT, LQA, MT, integrations) a plus- Structured thinker and storyteller who translates complex problems into clear solutionsRequisitos principales-
