La Residencia is recruiting a Kids Club Attendant for 2 days a week to join the team in Deia, a small village in the UNESCO protected Serra de Tramuntana in the West of the island of Mallorca, SpainGENERAL DESCRIPTIONAs a kids club attendant, you are accountable for ensuring that all the kids club activities are done promptly. Your work responsibilities include arranging children's events, maintaining clean toys and equipment, and safeguarding the children. Ideally, you should have a degree or vocational training in an area related to childcare with everyday working experiences. A genuine love for children and an imaginative yet loving mind is crucial for you to qualify for this job.RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS- Ensure the kids club is kept in a clean, organized, and safe condition overseeing the safety and well-being of all children by conducting regular safety checks and maintaining the equipment.- Manage the registration process for children and maintain accurate records of attendance- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians providing excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Communicate any issue to the hotel Management.- Collaborate with other departments, especially with Concierge Dep. to create joint programming and activities and a positive and engaging atmosphere for children.- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for children.- Plan and implement a variety of activities and programs for children, including games, crafts, sports, cooking and other educational activities- Follow established policies and procedures for emergency situations.- Respond to guest’s inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.Belmond joined LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton in April 2019, reinforcing our place among the international leaders in luxury.
