The role requires a thorough understanding of the industry as it relates to design and project scope. /pp Key responsibilities include preparing all BIM draws needed to build a prefabricated solution according to customer requirements, or providing drafting support to Technical Leaders or Project Engineers during the tendering phase. /p pb Education /b /p p The following educational requirements apply to this position: /p p Bachelor#39;s on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or AA college degree in CAD or drafting studies is preferred. /p pb Skills /b /p p The following skills apply to this position: /p ulli Minimum one-two years Autodesk REVIT MEP experience with advance training/experience in current REVIT software. /lili One or more years experience in BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud working in a collaborative environment /lili Some experience in Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks or Creo to create manufacturing pieces. /lili Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills with the ability to pay a high level of attention to detail. /lili Capacity to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. /lili Experience on Building or industrial installations (Cabling, lighting, piping, plumbing). REVIT MEP. /lili Able to model in 3D LOD 350-400. /lili Fluent in English Valuable /li /ul pb Experience /b /p ulli Data Center critical infrastructure could be a plus (not mandatory but very valuable) /li /ul pb Roles and Responsibilities /b /p ulli Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of accurate drafting methods, layering, X-References, dimensioning, model space/paper space, viewports and scaling. /lili Ability in using REVIT for structural, electrical and mechanical installations. /lili Ability to demonstrate using basic Revit MEP tools such as the Project Browser, Properties, Type Selector, Conduit and Cable Tray, and inserting a variety of family types.
