Join Liebherr’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation as a Data Migration consultant. You will design and execute robust data migration strategies, ensuring high-quality loads across rollouts from a dedicated SAP Center of Excellence in Madrid. You work with ChainSys, SAP MDG and best-practice S/4HANA methods to profile, map, transform, validate and reconcile data.

The role blends advisory capacity with hands-on execution, across international teams and multiple deployment waves. A core focus is driving data governance, consistency with the global template, and supporting global site deployments (travel up to 30%).

- Design, execute and improve data migration processes for the global S/4HANA program in line with Liebherr's template and governance standards
- Translate business requirements into scalable end-to-end data migration solutions (profiling, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation)
- Act as trusted advisor to data owners and process leads through all migration phases (design, mapping, extraction, cleansing, load, validation, cutover, hypercare)
- Lead data mapping workshops, mock migrations, data quality reviews and cutover rehearsals to ensure readiness for each deployment wave
- Produce and maintain data migration documentation (templates, data object specs, mapping catalogs, test evidence) using Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to deliver compliant data loads
- Travel to Liebherr sites worldwide up to 30% to support deployments

Responsabilidades
\n
- 3+ years of SAP data migration experience in S/4HANA transformations with at least one full-cycle migration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
- Functional knowledge in SAP FI, SD, MM, LE, SCM, MDM, PS, PM and familiarity with SAP MDG and data governance
- Experience delivering data migration for core S/4HANA objects (BP, Material, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing)
- Hands-on with SAP migration tools xugodme (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS); ChainSys experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to diagnose data quality issues, design remediation and deliver repeatable migration processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Collaborative mindset; ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams
- SAP S/4HANA certification or equivalent is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
