About Us


ToplineX builds B2B revenue growth engines that help companies generate predictable pipeline. We design and run signal-driven outbound systems (using email and LinkedIn) that identify the right accounts, reach them at the right time, and turn them into qualified sales conversations. Our clients are typically B2B software and consulting firms, often selling high-value or complex offerings where thoughtful, targeted outreach matters more than high-volume spam.


We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to take ownership of client delivery strategy & outbound system execution to consistently generate pipeline.


What Youll Be Doing


You will work directly with the founder to create client-specific strategies, and to design & execute outbound and lead generation for clients.


Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing client onboarding info and past calls to understand ICPs and targeting

• Building and enriching account & lead lists using Clay and data providers

• Identifying and integrating relevant buying signals and enrichment data

• Personalizing leads at scale for outbound campaigns

• Setting up and managing campaigns in Instantly / Lemlist

• Launching and monitoring outbound campaigns

• Iterating targeting, messaging, and campaigns based on performance

• Supporting campaign strategy and contributing ideas over time


Goal: You handle execution so campaigns run smoothly without founder involvement in day-to-day operations.


Who This Role is For


This role is perfect for someone who:

• Already works (or has experience) in outbound, RevOps, or GTM operations

• Enjoys building systems, workflows, and data pipelines

• Wants ownership and responsibility, not just task execution

• Wants to grow into strategy and GTM leadership over time

• Likes working in fast-moving startup environments


Required Skills & Experience


Must have:

• Strong hands-on experience building Clay workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, and personalization

• Ability to design Clay tables, automations, and enrichment pipelines, not just run pre-built workflows

• Experience running campaigns in Instantly, Lemlist, or similar tools

• Experience building & enriching outbound lead lists

• Understanding of B2B outbound and cold outreach fundamentals

• Strong attention to detail and execution quality

• Ability to work autonomously once direction is given


Bonus if you have:

• Experience using signals or intent data in outbound

• Experience in B2B software or consulting outreach

• Experience writing or improving outbound sequences

• RevOps or growth background

This is a full-time salaried role from day one. In addition to base salary, compensation includes performance-based upside linked to the clients and delivery you help manage, so your earnings grow as the agency and client base grow.
