Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Experimentation: Implement a high-velocity testing roadmap. You will treat every campaign (Meta, Google, CRM) as a scientific experiment—defining hypotheses and analyzing results to identify clear growth levers.
- End-to-End Acquisition: Manage and optimize the performance of B2C channels (Paid Social, SEM, and Affiliates) with a focus on CAC (Cost of Acquisition) and Lead-to-Loan conversion.
- Funnel Ownership: Work closely with the product team to identify drop-offs in the registration/application flow. You don't just \"send traffic\"; you help optimize the process and destination.
- Retention & CRM: Build automated user journeys (Email, WhatsApp, Push) to re-engage users and maximize LTV (Lifetime Value) using tools like HubSpot or Customer.io.
- Risk-Aware Growth: Collaborate with the Credit/Risk team to ensure we are acquiring high-quality borrowers, not just high volume.
- Strategic Reporting: Own the marketing dashboard. You will pull data (using BI tools like Tableau) to present clear, actionable insights to the founders.
- Product-Marketing Synergy: Act as the bridge between Marketing and Product by providing data-driven insights to influence the product roadmap. You will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new financial features, ensuring that the value proposition is clearly communicated and validated by user feedback.
Requirements:
Academic & Professional Background
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Business. A focus on \"Data\" or \"Analytics\" is a major plus.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Digital Marketing or Growth. Experience in Fintech, Neobanking, or high-growth B2C startups is highly valued.
- Mindset: You are a \"Full-Stack\" marketer: you can think strategically but are not afraid to get your hands dirty setting up campaigns and tracking.
Technical & Data Mastery
- Modern Growth Stack: Familiarity with tools like Google Ads (Search/UAC), Meta Ads, and HubSpot/Customer.io for CRM automation.
- Data Literacy: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4. Basic SQL knowledge or experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker ) is expected to pull your own insights.
- Attribution & Tracking: Understanding of how to track the user journey from click to loan disbursement using GTM or basic MMP concepts.
- Conversion Focus: Strong ability to write conversion-oriented copy and design A/B tests for landing pages.
Soft Skills & Languages
- Bilingual: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
