**JOB PURPOSE**:
Amcor Flexibles Packaging Solutions EMEA is undertaking a significant HR transformation to build a more agile, efficient, and people-focused organization. **This role offers a unique opportunity to**drive that change - shaping the way the business empowers its people,**o**ptimizes** processes, and**delivers** a**consistent**, high-impact employee experience across the region**.
As the HR Transformation Project Manager, you will **drive**the** transformation program that span**people, process, and technology - ensuring that each initiative drives measurable improvements in efficiency, consistency, and employee experience**. You will coordinate multiple workstreams and delivery networks, manage dependencies, and drive effective governance and stakeholder engagement across the HR community and HR Customers. As the central orchestrator, you’ll ensure planning, sequencing and progress, resolve issues and manage risks proactively, and provide clear, data-driven updates that enable confident, informed decisions.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Program Planning & Delivery**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR transformation initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and track progress against milestones.
- Oversee interdependent workstreams to ensure cohesive and timely delivery.
- Use combinations of waterfall, Agile, iterative methods and approaches to enable cross network progress.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and governance practices.
**Governance, Risk & Reporting**
- Establish and manage governance structures such as Steering Committees and Design Authorities.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including RAID logs, trackers, measures and dashboards.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership and project sponsors.
**Stakeholder & Change Management**
- Partner with Leadership to define the transformation vision and success measures.
- Build high performing project teams of core members and wider network-based relationships.
- Engage regional HR teams, Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Collaborate with change management and communications teams to deliver effective change plans, stakeholder and customer communications, and training initiatives.
- Influence and build trust with key stakeholders to maintain engagement and commitment.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and embed continuous improvement.
- Contribute to building a culture of operational excellence within HR.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:
