We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Associate to support our brand across the luxury yachting and shipbuilding sectors. This role is based on-site in Dubai and is not remote .
Working closely with our PR, creative, and production teams, you will help deliver cohesive and engaging communications aligned with our global brand identity .
The role includes coordinating content calendars around key industry milestones, managing day-to-day social media activity, preparing email campaigns, tracking digital engagement, and monitoring market and competitor trends.
You will act as a central link between internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent, timely, and visually aligned.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ experience in marketing or communications, preferably within luxury, yachting, or maritime industries, strong organisational and editorial skills, familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics, and excellent written and spoken English.
