The Motion division of Exide Technologies develops high-quality traction batteries and chargers for electric vehicles and manages three battery recycling centers in Europe. Our innovative lead-acid battery recycling process is currently being optimized with lithium-ion battery recycling.
We prioritize environmentally friendly processes, achieving a 99% recovery rate of lead-acid battery materials, which are fully reintegrated into new batteries.
Based at the La Cartuja (Zaragoza) Sales Center and reporting to the Area Sales Manager Distributor, the role will be responsible for representing Exide Technologies (TUDOR) in the market and with customers in the assigned area, performing the following functions:
* Coordinate good relations between Exide and customers in the assigned area.
* Coordinate all necessary actions to improve business and profitability in collaboration with KAMs, Branch Manager, National Manager, and the rest of the team.
* Coordinate communication from Exide to customers.
* Coordinate communication from customers to Exide Technologies.
* Assist in coordinating technical service in the area with the service department.
* Respect contractual agreements with customers.
* Adhere to payment deadlines.
* Follow up and resolve warranty claims.
* Ensure Exide's presence in the area.
* Report weekly to the Manager.
* Reduce warranty costs.
* Improve sales figures.
* Maintain customer information.
What are we looking for?
* Technical Engineering degree or similar.
* At least 4-5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
* Intermediate/high level of English.
* Availability to travel within the delegation area.
