Your Mission
As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will participate in all phases of HRIS implementation (Design, Parameterization, Acceptance, Deployment, Support) for our clients, focusing on:
* Participating in implementation projects, conducting workshops, writing reports, and providing training.
* Translating client needs into deliverables, documentation, and presentations.
* Configuring modules to meet client needs and evaluating the impact of configurations.
* Integrating new versions of the solution into existing environments.
Support and Maintenance
Providing support for solution maintenance, handling tickets, training users, and advising on solution evolution.
Your Profile
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll (PY-ES) implementation or maintenance projects.
* Experience with SAP HCM.
* Experience leading requirement gathering workshops and meetings.
* Desirable: knowledge of Portuguese or English.
