We are seeking an experienced and dynamicTechnical Project Managerto lead and coordinate a large-scale, international software development initiative. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 90+ associates distributed across multiple countries, including Application Architects, Lead Business Analysts, and Airlines Industry SMEs. The project involves designing and deploying a microservices-based application using Java technologies on AWS.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a global development team of 90+ associates across multiple time zones.
Coordinate the efforts of Application Architects, Business Analysts, and SMEs to ensure alignment with project goals.
Oversee the design and implementation of a microservices-based architecture using Java technologies.
Ensure successful deployment and operation of the application on AWS infrastructure.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and agile best practices across the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications:
Proven experience managing large-scale software development projects with international teams.
Strong technical background in Java, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment (preferably AWS).
Experience working with cross-functional roles including architects, analysts, and SMEs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in the airline or travel industry.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Multilingual communication skills.
