Overview
The Maintenance Services Representative will perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and modifications on Panasonic Avionics Corporation (PAC) In-flight Entertainment Systems on aircraft, complying with FAA / CAA / EASA / CASA regulations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electronic assemblies, testing, removal, replacement, and modification of installed equipment.
Responsibilities
* Perform built-in test (BIT) and manual testing of IFE systems.
* Troubleshoot electronic units, cabling, or seat consoles to identify failures.
* Identify repairs to restore functionality, including replacing defective modules or cabling.
* Operate vehicles and airline communication equipment on airport premises.
* Communicate effectively with customers.
Education / Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1-3 years related industry experience preferred.
* Regulatory licensing such as FAA A&P is required.
* Ability to pass security and background checks.
Knowledge / Skills
* Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting, ideally from aviation, military, or technical education.
* Ability to work under high stress, in various environmental conditions, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Additional Requirements
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate airport vehicles.
* Availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
