Your mission The VP of Operations is a key position to drive the company’s Operational Engine. The right candidate must be able to design the operational strategy, oversee its execution, and provide the leadership and coaching for the team to consistently deliver outstanding results. Operational Ownership Own and scale all operational areas across the company: Post-sales operations & support optimization Implementations ( festivals, POS, phased rollouts) Revenue Operations & Sales Operations Data & Business Intelligence Procurement (internal & hardware resale) Finance operations (KPIs, margins, cost control) Partnerships & integrations Internal operations Act as the main owner of end-to-end operational performance. Process, KPIs & Data Design, implement and own company-wide operational KPIs. Ensure reliable, timely and actionable data for decision-making. Work closely with the Data team to build scalable reporting models. Identify inefficiencies, misalignments and bottlenecks across teams and countries. Team and Culture Lead, coach and develop the different small teams within Operations Define and implement the optimal structure for each area Recruit and train key and specialised talent when needed Foster a high performing culture that combines clear expectations with encouragement and coaching Cross-Functional Leadership Ensure alignment across Product, Tech, Sales, Post-sales, Marketing and Finance. Coordinate international operations, ensuring consistency while allowing local adaptation. Act as a unifying layer between strategy and execution. Strategic Support & Growth Identify and validate new business opportunities. Support strategic projects with key clients requiring complex, phased implementations. Participate in strategic decision-making with strong ownership mindset. Reporting & Decision-Making Reports directly to the COO. Full ownership over operations, with validation on high-impact decisions. Strong autonomy with accountability for outcomes. Your profile Senior experience in Operations / Business Operations in SaaS B2B. Strong analytical mindset with hands-on data & KPI ownership. Proven experience designing processes from scratch and scaling them. Ability to lead, coach and develop multiple small teams with limited middle management. Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS economics. We Value Experience in multi-country or international environments. Background close to ticketing, events, POS or high-volume transaction businesses. Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments.
