What You Will Do In This Role
- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they contact us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.
Your Qualifications
- Proficient level of Finnish and advanced level of English.
- Positive mindset that helps deliver the best customer service experience.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Good communication, written and listening skills.
It Would Be a Plus If
- Previous experience in invoicing, banking or collection industry (training will be provided).

- Full‑time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00, Friday 09:00–16:00.
