Leading HR Transformation and Compliance The HR Manager, Spain, is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of HR services, policies, and high-performance programs for our complete operations in\nMartorell, Cascante, and Burgos\nplants. This role demands a leader with the autonomy to make critical decisions related to HR, Health & Safety, and compliance, ensuring the strategic development and continuous improvement of all key HR indicators.

Key Responsibilities (Focus on Impact):

- Strategic Labor Relations:\nLead all collective negotiations across the three Spanish sites, managing Collective Agreements, restructurings, and the implementation of Gender Equality Plans.
\n
- Operational & Data Excellence:\nOversee all Human Resources administration, payroll services, and ensure strict regulatory compliance. This includes being responsible for HC reporting to the VC group and maintaining high WorkDay system data quality.
\n
- Talent & Development Strategy:\nManage the continuous development of all staff, including full Training Plan management, to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve company objectives.
\n
- Culture & Performance Management:\nImprove the overall work environment, focusing on employee wellness and people’s health. Lead efforts to control and reduce Absenteeism and turnover, and manage performance evaluation systems.
\n
- Policy & Autonomy:\nDevelop and document HR policies while operating with significant autonomy to make decisions related to personnel and H&S; compliance matters, including the authority to stop/start production if necessary.
